Who we are

Be-Mobile is a Belgian mobility technology company, founded in 2006 and based near Ghent. We develop and operate digital platforms across traffic management, electronic tolling and mobility rights. Our platforms connect drivers, operators and authorities with the data and each other, so that individual demand for movement and the collective capacity of the infrastructure meet. The result is mobility that is safer, faster and more efficient for everyone involved.

Mobility Rights as a Platform Solution

A city manages far more than parking. Resident permits, visitor vouchers, delivery windows, low-emission zones and charge points all decide who may use which part of public space, when, and under which conditions. We call these mobility rights.

The Mobility Rights Platform brings all of these rights together in one open, neutral platform. The city sets a rule once and it is published to every connected service at the same time. Every right is stored centrally, and scan cars, cameras and handhelds check that same database through one API. Citizens keep paying in the apps they already use, or request a permit online through a city portal. The city or its concessionaire decides which modules, providers, zones and tariffs apply, and keeps ownership of its data.

The platform covers nine modules: on-street parking, permits, vouchers, fines, EV charging, delivery rights, low-emission zones, urban tolling and urban access. More than 100 cities already work with the platform, and the largest parking apps in the Benelux are connected.
